Neal was guilty of nothing more than giving in to his impulses—at least until the moment that he stood outside the warehouse in Ganesvoort Street and placed a phone call to Mozzie, telling him to come to the warehouse as soon as he could. After that, things got a little more complicated.

"You did this. The fire, all of it. You did it."

Those were Peter's words, and they still hurt. Because they weren't true. But now... No, even now they still weren't true, not in a literal sense. Because safekeeping wasn't the same as stealing. Or was it?
