Senseless
On we go with my quest to catch up with what Jason Behr has been up to in recent years. But... holy shit! This must have been the single-most disturbing movie I've ever seen. And I've watched Saw I and II, which I thought were already pretty high up on the list of movies that are hard to endure. Now, don't get me wrong, Senseless wasn't a bad movie, and Jason was fantastic. A mind-blowing performance. Which is what made it so hard to take. Remember the Roswell episode "The White Room"? Take that up several levels, and you know what Senseless is like.
Now, while I want to spare you the gory details, the theme of the movie is to imprison a guy in a white room and take away his five senses in the most brutal of ways. I'm totally not the sensitive type when it comes to violent things you see on the screen (I'm a big ER fan, after all), but I had to cover my eyes several times when watchinig Senseless. It made me cringe without even seeing it. It was very had toBehr bear.
So this is me trying to get it out of my system and forget about it as soon as I can. Now I've put on Race to Witch Mountain. Nothing better than a little CMarq to get your mind off things. :-D
